    Greetings,
Just purchased an x220 on line this morning. I am looking for a good quality backpack which isn't to large but big enough to hold additional items when traveling such as an AC adapter, IPOD, cables, wireless mouse, some paperwork, pad of paper, pens, keys, cellular phone, etc. Looking for something that is made of material (ballistic nylon prefered), needs to look professional not cheap rain coat style, has interior zipping or closing pockets to hold small items and has some exterior pockets for ease of access to storage for cellular phones, etc. I'd like a laptop pocket which is heavily lined/cushioned and fits the x220 rather good because I do not plan on using a laptop sleeve. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Chris

Oakley makes a lot of quality backpacks with spots for laptops. I use the Kitchen Sink backpack, but that is probably a bit large for what you're looking at.

Crumpler makes some great bags. I have a few of their messenger style bags as well as one of their backpacks. Very high quality.

Got my daughter a Brenthaven Metrolite BP-XF for her X220 for freshman college and she reports that it fits her needs perfectly. There is a dedicated padded compartment for the laptop and lots of storage compartments but still very slim and lightweight. Also butterflies open to be x-ray friendly when flying. Nylon is top notch and I'm impressed with the quality of the zippers (important).
