This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Getting the 64-bit Installation Cd

    So I'm pretty sure this has been discussed before, but I haven't actually seen any threads with how to get it... Vista Ultimate is supposed to ship with the 64-bit installation cd, which is what Microsoft outlines on their site (and why they won't ship me one :/), and Lenovo is being douches and want to charge for a system recovery cd. I've been on hold essentially for two hours, and I'm ****ing pissed. Give me what you're supposed to send! I payed for it!

    ...now for everyone else who's had this problem, how do we get the 64bit installation cd for ultimate from them?

    I havent gotten my computer yet but when I do I'll be in the same boat. Anyone have any idea?
