If they say it will fit, it probably. Third party batteries in my experience tend to not last as long and wear more quickly. I wouldn't buy three just cause if something were to happen to the machine I'd be stuck with two extra batteries and they'll probably be the same price if you need another one.

Not sure what you mean by this, but the current battery is dead, so its a replacement not a supplement.

Btw is there any difference between batteries for Z60 Z60M and Z60T ?

If you live in the States you might want to check out BatteryRefill.com. They uh, refill your battery. They claim to make it better than new. I've never used them, but I've heard them mentioned on the engadget mobile podcast, so I would hope that means they are legit.

I live in Denmark @ Europe, so ebay.co.uk seems like the cheapes place to get one. But is there difference for batteries between Z60, Z60t and Z60m ? I cant find any info about the difference between these laptops but I would recon batteries is the same thing.

I'm using the same 3rd party 9-cell battery on my Z61m. It has Sanyo cells. No issue whatsoever.

Good but should it work in the Z60 (no m, t or z) ? Thats my primary concern, getting a useless battery.

z6xt uses a different battery to the z6xm or Z61p.

Make sure you get the right battery. Other than that 3rd party battery is OK provided it's from a reputable dealer with brand name cells like Sanyo.
