I called Lenovo and they said one is "not available" but I have a hard time believing that. I want one for my trip to the UK in less than 2 weeks.

I understand that I can use an adaptor, but I only have two and will need the socket space for other devices.

Where are these being sourced from if you are in the U.S.?

The part number for the UK cloverleaf power cord is 42T5120, you can try searching other US retailers which stock this particular cable but don't pay over the odds for it. To be honest you can get this cable from most UK electrical stores without too much trouble.

If you can afford to shop online and get it sent to the location of where you're staying then you can get such cable easily and much cheaply, I got mine for a mere £2 to replace a European cord which came standard with my 90W adaptor and it works fine.

    Thanks Hearst!
Yeah, it looks like I will have to get that in the UK.
All of the U.S. sources look dodgy, or their shipping times are all a couple of weeks off, unless I want to get the thing expressed, and then it winds up costing a fortune.

The notebook power cords are standard and interchangeable between different computers. They are either cloverleaf (3 pin) or fig-8 (2 pin) to suit the PSU. Lenovo seems to ship short ones these days and I prefer longer ones but have a big pile of different power cords at home to choose from.
