This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    How do you know it's a tablet? I didn't see any indication.

    Well, it says Tablet... but the price says otherwise.

    Either it's a mismarked price (and, thus, they'll cancel your order on that basis) or they'll rip you off :-\

    Actually, the price is probably sort of right. If you take the manufacturers part numbers from that site (in this case the 7449xxx (where xxx is determines the build components) and do a search on it in froogle.com you'll get some good results. You'll also notice in the tabook that the 7449xxx series hasn't been designated....yet.

    I took the most expensive one from that page, the 7449f9u build, and found the following results:

    Most of the vendors list the items as x200 tablets.

    On another note, the 7466xxx systems appear to the the x200s systems.

    Woah, that was weird; when I checked that page initially, there was only one regular X200 in the results. I even did a ctrl+f for "tablet" to be sure that it wasn't one...
