    Well, I've settled on getting a Thinkpad T42 for when I go to university in the fall (U of A, whoo!), but I'm trying to keep the price as low as possible. So, although I feel kinda like a jerk asking this, are there any Canadian IBM employees out there who could give me the information I need to get access to EPP prices?

    If so, if you could either send me an email or private message, I would appreciate it immensely!

    If not, it's not a problem; I'll bite the bullet and make do with whatever discount (there has to be something) I can get.

    Heh i feel your pain...although im still researching and comparing laptops, im pretty much 95% that i want a decent t43. Its a great computer for the "on the go" student. i've tried finding an epp login but to no avail. There is an IBM store near where I live, and im hoping to ask them for help/mercy if i dont find any other solution.

    Hopefully a good samaritan can hook us up with the epp required information. By the way, i remember something about a EPP contest for employees...can anyone tell me if this is still going on? Or if not, will it return shortly?
