Will this work well for my Z61t? I currently have 1gb installed, 1 dimm, and want to expand. 44.99 is dirt cheap, IMHO. Anyone have any experience with this? I noticed the voltage is 2.55-2.65, as opposed to the 1.8 I usually see. Does this translate to anything that will matter to me? Thanks.

*edit - I went to GeIL's site and it said the voltage is 1.8V, so newegg might just have a typo.

the price looks sexy. Although I haven't heard of this brand before.

It would be advisable to stick to a reputable brand such as Crucial, Corsair, Kingston or OCZ. I have to admit though, that the price is appealing.

As long as there's a lifetime warranty, then it's all good. Geil doesn't actually make the memory. They do the stress testing. There's only about 2-3 memory manufacters.

I used GeIL on my old PC build. Th first stick was on the "not-working" side of the fence but they replaced it a few days later. I personally would recommend going with a Corsair stick in order to avoid any possible problems.
