    Hello,
    Ive been checking out this used laptop: a lenovo thinkpad Y450.
    I wonder if can could run games on it, and do some gaming. Nothing hardcore, but games like The Sims 3, Bioschock 2, on medium or low settings.

    Really depends on your specs of your notebook? It would help if you posted them.

    According to Google, it's probably an Intel GMA 4500MHD.
    You'll be able to run Sims 3 on low, you will NOT be able to run Bioshock at all. Even if you were somehow able to get it running (I certainly couldn't) then it'd be a slideshow with how low your FPS would be.

    Until OP lets us know what GPU is in it, we can't help them.

    Ive seen that it cant handle gaming at all as well...
    I guess i will have to keep searching!
