...If so, please state your specs, drivers you are running, game settings, and if you ran Fraps, FPS.

I'd really like to run GTA 4 on mine and the GPU with appropriate drivers should run it just fine at the lower end of medium settings i think. Would be watching heat with tpfancontrol and adjust fan speed appropriately but i've always been wondering if anyone with a T61p has ever run it. I know there's at least a few people in here with T61p's that still work

I tried, it ran awful, when I tried it with built in LCD it ran on ALL low settings including like 1024 x 768 and distance at 10. It was choppy and the heat was insane, When I hooked it up to an external, it went to 800x600, ran smoothish, frames at about 25 still crazy hot, and it eventually got choppy, I am assuming from heat, I didnt have the laptop on a cooling pad, just sitting on my desk. So needless to say, its Just too much for the FX570m :( Just the resolutions made it looks bad

I run GTA4 on my Core i7 920 @ 4.0GHz with Nvidia GTX 275 desktop and it only runs kind of acceptable. GTA4 is poorly optimized port for the PC.
