Hi guys, new user here. I've had my T420 for about 2 months and for some reason I keep losing power to my USB mouse (Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer). It just randomly disconnects and reconnects. I've tried the all of the other USB ports as well as using different types and makes of USB mice and they all do the same thing.

I take it http://forum.notebookreview.com/lenovo-ibm/568372-thinkpad-t420-owners-thread.html#post8321969 didn't work??? It's the same setting Kaso posted just a different method to change it.

Thanks again, Kaso and Thors. I initially posted in the main Thinkpad thread before noticing the T420 thread and also posting there.

The problem seems to have been solved by preventing it from suspending the power to the USB port. I'm just not sure why it even manifested itself in the first place. If I have a USB mouse plugged in why would it try to suspend the power to the USB port? It's not as if power was an issue because the T420 was plugged in.
