Hey, does anyone know how to get free return shipping with an unopened box from Lenovo? I called this morning, told CSR that I knew I would be unsatisfied with my Samsung screen, and wanted to exchange before even opening the box. She wasn't very sympathetic, and because the "error wasn't on Lenovo" shipping would be on me.... that's about $140!
So.... does anyone have any tips/hints for convincing Lenovo to send out a shipping label to me? I was considering asking about the wireless card, and saying I really wanted the Intel while they sent me the IBM.... but I'm not sure if I can back it up or if they'll even buy it.... anyone have any better ideas?

Where do you live that shipping on a laptop costs 140? I have shipped many laptops, and with even $3000 of insurance added on, the bill was never over 30 bucks for Fedex or UPS.

Haha, I thought I had to ship back to Hong Kong! From California to NC it's $15 by UPS Ground.
I actually completed the return/reorder process today. If you're returning an unopened box with the intention of getting another system (in my case I'm hoping I get an LG screen this time), be sure to let the CSR know that you're placing an order for a new system. Apparently they will expedite your order.
