This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I found this on the lenovo forum, created by member vanowm

    It works on Z580 and Y580 and most likely many other models, make a recovery point before installing.

    If you have done a clean install or killed your OKR button by formatting or resizing your C: partition, you can use these files to remap your useless OKR button, to open a file or change your power profile.

    Do not use this if your OKR button is working correctly, as it will no longer work.

    I set my OKR button to open the taskmanger.
