Thought I was making good progress on all the intensive 3D video testing. But, found a new twist.

Crysis runs with 169.04 with no problem and fair FPS performance. No overclocking in any of the tests below.

Turned on FRAPS to test the fps of Crysis under 169.04 and the PC freezes or crashes at some point in the game video intro.

Went back to 3DMark06 and got the same result. with no FRAPs, I get 4318 3DMarks but with Fraps turned on, i get a PC crash.

    Anyone seen this problem?

    Thanks for any feedback.

    sly,

is that an inbuilt command within Crysis? I have the demo...does that have that capability?

Assuming I have that capability in the Crysis demo, how do you turn on the fps?

    thanks
