    I saw initial estimates that this card roughly correlated with the hd 3470.
    Because this looks to be based on ostensibly better architecture, does this mean that it may fare better than initially speculated for general usage?

    If it really is based off the HD4600, that'd be awesome. Get the performance of mid-range 4xxx without the garish styling that comes with most gaming laptops.

    Also, this card is an option for the new HP EliteBook 8530w, which looks gorgeous.
