I love my T61, and overall it's doing well. But I'm having a frustrating issue with the plastic (?) protective cover underneath the keyboard; it keeps sliding up and 'bunching' underneath the bottom left corner of the keyboard, so that when I push Alt, Ctrl, Windows, or Fn, I get a crinkling plastic sound. I've opened up the palmrest cover several times to readjust where it lays, which usually fixes it for a few hours, but soon, inevitably, it slips up there again. Not a HUGE issue, but one I wouldn't expect in such an expensive machine. Any ideas?

When you readjust it do you see any part of the clips or anything in there out of place or damaged?? That's the only reason I can think of that would cause that...

That happens to me on my T60 also, and I agree it is annoying maybe I'll take off the palm rest and take a look at it, that never even crossed my mind....

Hmm, I dont recall any of this on my T60... my fn/ctrl/alt keys dont exhibit any kind of clackiness compared to the other keys. Maybe if you took a pic of this we could better understand? (at least for me)
