Is any way to have working fn+f5 hotkey on x220 after removed Access Connections? I've removed it because I don't need it, but my fn+f5 gone.

I don't think so if I read correct you deleted the software you needed to use the hot keys.

I want manage my connections by windows 7 built-in connection manager, so deleted AC but now I can't even turn ON/OFF my WIFI or Bluetooth or WWAN where I did previously in this fn+f5 manager.

You need the Hotkey Features driver, but if that is still installed, try reinstalling the WiFi driver software.

    I've reinstalled:
    -intel wifi driver
    -power manager driver
    -power manager
    -hotkeys
but unfortunately fn+f5 still not work.
I found in \Program Files\Lenovo\HOTKEY\ file TpFnF5.exe when I run it then connection manager start. Maybe is any way to manually asign any program (exe file) to Fn key??

Yeah just for future reference, you don't NEED the AC for that. I was working on this a few days ago. If you look at the process and corresponding exe called on when you hit the various Fn+F keys, most of them will call TPFnF(x).exe from the hotkeys folder. But after you install access connections it calls ACFnF5.exe from the access connections folder. Similar for some of the other Fn Buttons as well.
