Is there a hot fix or tweak to solve slow usb 2.0 transfers on Vista Ultimate w/ SP1? Transferring a 1gb file to my Cruzer Micro 4gb USB drive only achieves a speed of about 1mb/s.

I've seen my system achieve better usb 2.0 speeds than this. What's the deal? Could this be SP1 bug?

    I'm on a T61p with Vista Ultimate SP1

it's not a problem with the usb drive because I've seen better speeds before. It just seems that recently it has been performing fairly sluggishly. The usb drive works fine on my friends XP computer. So, could be something with vista/drivers
