Where was it for those that need to download and save it ?

This one I found but the X220 is not listed. Are they the same ?

    http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/ot/en/DriversDownLoads/drivers_show_4611.html

    And this one....

    http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-76832

" This package installs the USB3.0 Host Controller driver on the following systems:
    All ThinkCentre M81, M91, M91p / ThinkStation E30 systems
    ."

Does not list any other systems. Kind of confusing

does anyone know of any images of the unit with the different battery options installed. I have the 9 cell option selected on my configuration but I am unsure of how much larger it is as opposed the the standard 6 cell.

Am I reading the X220 hardware manual right? Are both RAM slots located under on the bottom of the notebook? Thanks.

Yes and very easy to get to. Remove two screws, lift the cover and you're in

Does anyone know the model of the intel 160GB SSD for the SSD option? Tried searching it, but too many threads pops up.

If you want a specific model, then the best option would be to get the cheapest drive and buy the SSD you want.

I was just wondering if the intel 160GB SSD option comes with intel 320? I saw the mod of removing the black bracket on the 320SSD to make it a 7mm SSD. But since I am working somewhere kind of remote in a very small town, I will not have access to those shorter taper screws after removing the black bracket from the 320.

you dont even need to buy shorter screws. what i did is that i used wire clippers to cut the tip of those screws off, by like 2 to 3 mm. afterwards i screw them back in just fine.

Sounds good. Thanks man. I think I will wrap the drive with electrical tape at the worst case. :)
