note: actual CPU temperature (or pretty close to that) is shown on the TPFanControl tray icon, not in ThrottleStop, due to the famous thermal sensing error. Read my thread for more info. Room temperature was at 22 deg C, with the laptop lifted on 1 inch stands.

Note: Dual IDA should be put in Profile 1 in ThrottleStop!
My first tests were with my Dual IDA mode being set on Profile 2, which caused the Dual IDA not to activate every time I switched to that profile, so I had to click and un-click the EIST option couple times until it locks in Dual IDA. No such issues when running Dual IDA in Profile 1
