Log in with the fingerprint reader and change the password in the user accounts in control panel.

If it's vista you can log on with your finger(even if it's been cut off the real owners hand :D ) and then make a password reset disk. Then when you log on click on forgot password and use your disk.

Just go on the Thinkvantage Productivity Center -> Security, Protection and Recovery -> Use Fingerprint Software. If you don't have the Productivity Center installed then just go to CSS -> Fingerprint -> Manage and click on 'enroll or edit fingerprint'.

On the 'Verify' screen you can click a button to reveal your password in plain text. Just click there and swipe your finger to retrieve your password.
