My T61 came with a Firefox Plugin which is called "Thinkvantage Password Manager 2.0" which I'm assuming can be used to do fingerprint password forms. If not, I basically want to be able to log into websites by using the built-in fingerprint reader but I have no clue how to do this with the Thinkpad software.

Any tutorials or tips you guys can point me towards?

i.e - Once it's setup properly, I want to be able to go to a site like Facebook, click on the password field, and simply swipe my finger on the T61 reader to log-in.

    Thanks.

Are you sure it's a Firefox Plugin? It should be a stand-alone application. If you go to Facebook and try to login, it should prompt you if you want Password manager to remember your password. You can set up how the program will prompt you when you go to Facebook again... you should then be able to swipe your finger on the fingerprint read, and it will enter your user/pass for you.

As far as I can see though, it's not really that great of a program. I can't get it to work with Hotmail and some other sites for instance. It randomly doesn't ask whether I want to remember a password, etc. I think it has a problem with Hotmail because the URL changes every time you go to login. Gmail seems to work fine... it doesn't prompt me for some normal forum sites sometimes either, and it's a pain because you can't manually add sites to the program.
