Hi, I have used my fingerprint reader without problem using AC adapter (new x200s). But now, for the first time I am using battery outside, after turning on the computer, I noticed the words on black screen (before windows xp loaded) says "...Table mismatch... Making [or creating...] new table for fingerprint". Then windows loaded. Curious of what the above words meant, I opened the fingerprint software. There appeared the picture of the 10 fingers for me to scan. I have no idea if the already stored fingerprint is still there. I clicked on one finger to see if I could scan again, but the screen first didn't respond, then said something like fingerprint is not available. What could be wrong? Does it have to do with the fact that I'm using battery and not AC?
