My original power adapter reads:
P/N: 92P1156
65W 20V
Input: 100-240V~1.5A(1,5A) 50/60Hz
Output: 20V 3.25A(3,25A)
A spare that I found reads:
P/N: 92P1103
FRU P/N: 92P1104
INPUT: 100-240V~1.7A-0.9A
OUTPUT: 20V 4.5A
The amps are different. Can I use the spare on my system?

You can find one with the same model number and specs you listed for the original here:
http://www.thinkpad-parts.com/92P1156-ThinkPad.html
If this is for your X200s (I think I saw you in another post as buying one from the outlet store) you can also buy one from Lenovo direct as the price difference is only $2 and then you know for sure it will work.
If you use the coupon code that is part of some of the promotional stuff that runs when you first start the computer you actually get 10% off. -
you can interchangebly use the 90 w and 65 w adapters on the thinkpads. The 90 w adapter is heavier than the 65 w adapter, but it does allow your battery to charge faster, so you should consider it, if you use it at home. All my in-house adapter that i use on the thinkpad is 90 w. I only use the 65 w adapter as the travel adapter.

Finding a spare power adapter - what specs need to match?
