I have bee trying to place an order with lenovo for about 2 months now and inspite of my best efforts I have had the order split and they have not attended or billed my credit card for order 2FMKQ1.
If this is typical of Lenovo, they will not stay in business long.

with millions of orders every year, there's bound to be a mistake here and there.
to have someone actually look into it, please post on the lenovo forum instead. all you'll get here is a dogpile of nostradamus-like comments predicting the end of the world.

Lenovo messed up on an insurance order I placed. It was omitted from the order. I tried everything to place the order. I'm disabled and slightly hard of hearing so I have difficulty understanding people with accents. I got nowhere fast although I kept all the correspondence. The thing is, my old insrance expired in the hiatus.
I wrote a huge number times to lenovo. It did no good. Finally Lenovo called tonight and took care of their error. I'm so glad!!! Finally Lenovo did right by me.

I can't imagine anyone having to work so hard to get someone to take their money, but so be it.

I don't think it is unusual. Mine took a lot longer than expected.

I had to work incredibly hard. Finally my original insurance expired and I became desperate. I have all the correspondence with lenovo inluding a photo of the original order. Fially, I have been succesful in having my order re-placed. I'm happy.
