Hello! I just got my x220 and I'm pleased with it for the most part. Everything seems good to me except for a few things. I know I need to get used to the trackpad, but is there any way to help? Also, the touchpad clicking is really difficult for me :/ like i get right and left click mixed up sometimes. Do i need to do something to fix that? I'm just having issues with the mouse basically. Also, is there anything I should do since I just got it-anything recommended? Thanks :)

Not sure about the touchpad, but you should stress test it and make sure it doesn't crash/fry/explode.

Something like OCCT on Linpack mode + Furmark at 1080p. Memtest86+ is good for testing RAM. Basically, you want to stress the components in the laptop to make sure they are in working order.

Try using the trackpoint for a bit, it's quite easy to acclimate to. You can adjust the settings for both by pressing fn + F8 and clicking on "manage settings".
