I have never saw an IBM notebook, just in photos, and I was wondering about that red spot in the middle of the keyboard ? What is it ? Is it a sitck for moving the mousem like the stick used in mobiles ??

Does the Thinkpads, or the models of IBM in general, slim ? And r they light weighted ?

What about the fingerprint scanner ? Does it have more functions than for secuirty reasons ??

    Thank u in advance...

Yes it is called the TrackPoint and is used like a mouse. Some people swear buy them. The X and T series are thin and light. Fingerprint is for security.
