Has anyone with a T410 updated to the latest 1.34 BIOS? I've noticed it's fan is much calmer now, only coming on at higher temps. That's coming from v 1.32.

really? that's good to hear. I'm looking at the changelog and all I see is:

    BIOS: 1.34 / ECP: 1.13

    * (New) Added support of "Power On with AC Attach" feature at BIOS Setup Utility -> Config -> Power submenu.

Good to know. Hopefully they can do it for x201 too. on Windows 7 it never drops below 3000rpm (quite audible).
