Purchased a Lenovo Ideapad Z370 at Fry's. FRYS.com|LENOVOAdvertised with the following specs:

Turns out this laptop only has an Intel Graphics card. Really pissed about the false advertising and plan on returning. Will I be able to fight off the 15% restocking fee?

Are you sure it's not just the Optimus that's making you see the Intel GPU?

When I click on the link in the OP, the only thing I see on the web page is the Intel HD IGP.

Wait, what the heck? The specs say Nvidia 540M but the key specs it says it is only Intel HD GPU. Perhaps a typo?
Did you try updating your drivers? Check under Device Management and under Display Adapters -

I think Fry's made a mistake, becasue the Z370 does not come available with 540m graphics. According to their specs it only has (at best) 410m graphics. Most of the time it comes only with integrated graphics:

A 540m in a 13.3 inch seems very unlikely, but lenovo does tend to pack in GPUs in smaller frames that other manufactures wouldn't dare do.
