    Alright, I finally found the answer to this problem. Its caused because of a firewall and it can be easily resolved without disabling your firewall by creating appropriate rules.

    You have to create these rules to fix this error :

    1) Allow TCP Out for C:\Windows\System32\Admonitor.exe to connect to 127.0.0.1 on port 5550

    2) Allow TCP Out for C:\Windows\System32\LogonUI.exe on Local port 49169 to 127.0.0.1 on 5550

    No need to disable firewall protection :D
