There's only a $4 difference between the LENOVO POWER HUB WITH USB 65W and the 90w AC Adapter. Is there any reason to get the power hub? What does that even do? Allow you to plug in items to the charger rather than the computer? Seems somewhat pointless (unless I can keep items plugged in there indefinitely, even when the adapter isnt connected into the computer).

The hub power adapter looks like it would be good for those who have many USB devices connected to their notebook while on the road; it's just a powered USB hub integrated into the adapter. If you need more USB ports than your ThinkPad has it could be a good thing to have.

However if you have a ThinkPad with discrete graphics, you'll need the 90W adapter.
