Do any external cases exist for the Ultrabay Enhanced dvd drive?

When you say external case, do you mean something to carry it in or one to hook it to your notebook?

    Both

At the time of original post I meant a case to allow the dvd drive to function externally of the bay. But now that you mention it a carrying case would be nice
as well. I do remember seeing a post where people talked about using ESD bags, but I'd like something with a bit more padding and a little more professional looking.

I would like to find a usb enclosure for my dvd drive too. I mainly use 2 hard drives and it would be nice to have the dvd as a usb device.

I'm not aware of a external case for the slim drive. If you prefer a external drive, it's probably cheaper to just buy one.
