    Hello,
My problem lies with Execute Disable Bit system.

First of all, I have disabled the DEP in Windows XP2, so it is off and should not interfere with program initialization.
However, I still can't run certain programs. Therefor I need to "disable" Execute Disable Bit on the processor level. I can't seem to find how to do that in the Lenovo T61 laptop with T7250 processor.

Does anyone know how to "disable" Execute Disable Bit on a processor level?

    Try disabling it in BIOS.

I looked for it in BIOS, that's why i'm writing, I couldn't find the option to disable it in BIOS.
Anyone know where it is in BIOS, or how to disable it, is there a Lenovo thing they did?
