    Exchanging T60 in first 21 days?

    Are there any previous experiences of exchanging T60 in the first 21 days?
    Who should pay the shipment fee? How long does it take?

    if it's your first purchase and you have a good reason for disliking your purchase, you stand a good chance of being able to exchange it for free. Explain why it's deficient in meeting your needs, and what may be better. Explain that you were unable to find/try one where you live, otherwise you would have known better before buying it. If all you are gonna exchange it for is a bigger HD or different optical or slightly different processor, i dont think you'll be be successful. But if you want to exchange models or screen size, then they'll probably let you... it's reasonable to say for example that the 14" is too small or too big and yyou didn't know til you saw it.

    No, its impossible to exchange it. Lenovo has changed the return policy. in order to get full refund, you can not open box. Otherwise, there is 15% restock fee will be charged. I know I am talkin about return policy, yet I believe it is same as exchange policy?( I never heard exchange policy before)
    From what you were saying, exchange LCD size, I belive it relates to return policy which U need to return ur item and reorder it.

    There is some wiggle room from what I have heard. Keep in mind the clock starts on the invoice date not when you receive the notebook.
