Well I have not been on for a bit since I was looking - in vain it seems - for a UK dealer of Lenovo who could send an X200s to Holland. In Holland there is NO return policy. Bought is bought ... and since there are "issues" with the 1280 x 800 CCFL screen I need to see it before spending the better part of 1500 Euros. No I do not want the LED screen, letters too small for my eyes. Is there anyone on this board who lives in the UK and knows an on-line Lenovo dealer who sells to the European mainland with a Return Policy? Alternatively I may look at the MY US site ... does any of the Americans here know what kind of Return Policy Lenovo offers in the USA ? Thanks

What do you mean with "return policy"? You have seven business days to withdraw from the contract, that's EU law.

Well you have 7 business days ...but in Holland you can only return the computer IF you have NOT opened the product ... so how do you know you like the product if you cannot switch it on ... nice European law but utterly useless I guess
