Apologies if this has been posted already, I did a title search for "Euclid" and didn't find it anywhere so I went ahead and posted.

The only downside I can see is the 256MB of video RAM as opposed to 512, but this is a lenovo and not a gaming notebook, so should be plenty for the target market. Also I've heard nothing but bad things about Lenovo's customer service though I've had no personal experience so that's just hearsay. Also buying from Euclid they said it's free tech support, no indication as to how long, and finally this little disclaimer:
"Euclid Computers is not responsible for misprints or mistakes in specifications posted on our site. Please, check the manufacturer's website for the latest information."

So assuming the specs are right, it seems like a pretty good deal, rivalling that of other online resellers' notebooks with similar specs.

I must admit I'm leaning toward an IFL90/Sager NP2090 with similar specs but I've heard there's nothing quite like a Lenovo notebook, thoughts/ideas?

I believe there are better deals (such as the one from Bottom Line Telecommunications) where they offer a T61P with a T7300 for the same price. Unfortunately this model is outdated. I would advise you to search for a better offer. I know that probably you don't live in the US (otherwise you would of configured one at Lenovo's site) or just want to have a laptop as soon as possible, but check this and this.

The deal is nothing to brag about.

I'm about to order a T61p with the T7700 processor, bluetooth, etc etc with 3 year warranty for $1500.
