I ordered a T510 and an Edge Laptop on 4th August. For the past two days the order status was "in process" ( http://www.directlenovo.com/orderstatus/login.cfm) . Now I'm getting the following error.
The following result was returned while processing your request:
An error was encountered, please try again in a few minutes. If this persists please contact your sales representative.
followed by
Invalid Customer Number and/or Order Number.
Please verify that your customer number and order number have been entered correctly.
Is this a problem with my order or are others experiencing this too?

I just ordered a t410, an edge, and a notebook sleeve. The t410 and the sleeve are on the ups website and are trackable, but for some reason when I want to look at the edge's shipping status it keeps giving me an error....I thought I was the only one with this problem.

Why not try calling like it says. It could be a systematic problem or it could be a problem with your specific order.

The sales reps are not available right now as they work only from 9 a.m to 9 p.m est and I'm really anxious about my order Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a glitch in their order status app? Did your order get cancelled or was it fine? (Nail biting )

My orders have been cancelled citing mismatch with credit card info. Is it possible to place rhe same order again? I had some good discounts
