How long does your X200t stay alive on battery? (e.g. X-hours,Y-cell)
    Thanks

I can break 8 hours (can actually push quite close to the rated 10) on my x200 Tablet. This lets me go a whole day without having to bring my AC adapter (I also have the screen go dim after three minutes, and dark after five, but don't standby for a full thirty).

    Important items to note:

    SL9400 CPU
285 nit LED Superbright Frameless (run at 10/15 brightness [plenty for any indoor setting])
Samsung 1.8" 64GB SLC SSD (arguably the most power efficient drive ever made)
8 cell battery with approximately 30 cycles (shows 69WHr capacity [design at 66])
    Windows 7 Pro

This is with Wi-Fi on, associated, but rarely transmitting. Bringing the digitizer within 1/2" of the screen will increase power consumption by ≈2 watts. I am NOT running flash or any other CPU intensive apps (I highly recommend NoScript for Firefox). Utilizing flash or playing back local video will cut battery life by 35-50%.

I voted 6 hours, which is what I usually get with 8 cell battery.

Needs to be noted: SL9600, 7k500 Hitachi drive (500GB, 7200rpm), win 7, wifi on. With wifi off, and reduced brightness of the screen, 6.5-7 hours is realistic (e.g. on a plane).

With 4 cell battery, it is significantly worse (2.5-3 hours).

I would hope so given the price point :D . My x200 Tablet tends to idle at a shade under 7 watts (this is with 10/15 brightness [it's under 6 watts at 0/15 brightness]). This is the key to its long battery life.
