Is it possible to emulate X220 Fn keys with the Logitech MK320 wireless keyboard? Such as Fn-Space to move active window to secondary monitor or Fn-Home/End to adjust screen brightness? Thanks!

AFAIK, the FN key can't be emulated, even with a utility like SharpKeys, because the FN key is 'special,' and doesn't (usually?) use a scancode like normal keys.

You CAN, however, replicate many functions with other keyboard shortcuts:

Win + Shift + Left or Right to move the active window to the left or right monitor.

Win + X to bring up the Mobility Center, and adjust the screen brightness slider.

Some lists of Windows 7 keyboard shortcuts:
    Microsoft: Keyboard shortcuts

Lifehacker: The Master List of New Windows 7 Shortcuts

And, if you want to make your own custom keyboard shortcuts, look at AutoHotKey: AutoHotkey - Free Mouse and Keyboard Macro Program with Hotkeys and AutoText

    Hope this helps...

IIRC, the ThinkVantage Keyboard Customizer could map Fn to Ctrl+Shift+Alt on an external keyboard or something like that. It would add about 10 seconds to boot time for some random reason though.
