    Email after Convert To Quote?

    Each time I clicked on "Convert to quote", the new page says
    "Thank you for requesting a quote from Lenovo. You will receive an email shortly with a summary of your quote and information. you can use to convert your quote to an order. "

    But I've never received any email after that. How to convert it to a real order? :confused:

    hardly anyone ever gets an email, so always screenshoot the page or write down the quote number.

    I see - thanks. I finally got logged in My Account (don't know why but often need many tries before getting logged in) and saw the quote.

    Edit: I found there is a button on top of the quote page "Email/Print". When you click on it it will let you email the quote to yourself.

    even with the email options, many never got it. I did 3 quotes and never got an email even though i selected that option

    I did get the email right away. It shows the complete details of the quote and a link to order status (back to the page with that button) where you can convert to order.

    How to remove a quote (not converting to order but just to abandon)??? :confused:
