    Edge 14 Touchpad problem

    It seems like when I put my left hand on the left palm rest and try to use the touchpad.. the touchpad doesn't work as nice. For example, it would go down when I actually move my finger upwards on the touchpad.

    Is this hardware problem? What can I do? Thanks! It's my mother's laptop.
