    Edge 13 or X100E

    Need to get one or the other. Would be used for surfing the web and email and some basic office work. Also for watching movies streaming from netflix. Which one would be better both about the same price...

    which country are you in? Edge 13 is pretty much the same as the X100e....

    i would get the Edge 13 with the better CPU.

    If you are in USA, why not go outlet.lenovo.com and get a T400 or R400 instead.

    Because I have about exactly $500 to spend and you can not get a T series for that much. The only difference is the Edge has a dual core amd where as the X100E is only the single core. The price difference is about $50 for the edge..

    i would go with the Edge if you are that limited on the budget side of things, the single core on the x100e makes it a netbook (or you could just get a netbook).
