I got the travel cover from IBM, and it was only $12 (though shipping was outrageous). For me personally I'd rather get genuine parts for my computer. From looking at the link you provided it looks like it will work, but that's all I can tell from a picture.
If you'd rather get an IBM part I can give you a link.

Nice, I thought the original one is too expensive. The problem is that I'm in the Netherlands, I'm not sure if I can order the travel cover from Lenovo.com/nl , (well, I don't know if they have it or not! ), but anyways please give me the link, I'll look for a similar thing in the Dutch! website,

Seems the only advantage of the ebay thing is that it can be delivered everywhere!

Some people actually buy a second HDD caddy (from eBay) and slot it in the system without the hard drive to save weight. It's light, cheaper than buying the official piece of plastic cover and has future use for more storage later.

Well, I'd rather get the lighter one and sth that I can order in Europe!
@Hearst555 : Could you please give me a link so that I can compare both options?

The link can actually be found in the links in my sig. ;) But here you go. The part number you want is: 45M2657, which atleast in the US site can be found here. On the top part of the screen you can change your location, so you could probably order it in europe.

I heard T410 and T400 ultrabay slim drives are interchangeable, you can try this one coming from Germany but will ship to the Netherlands. I use a Fenvi caddy drive myself on my T61 and it is light when you take away the hard drive and works well for additional storage too!

Note some people do report that you may need to do some workarounds on some unofficial T400 caddies to work smoothly with the T410. Though the official Ultrabay III drive from Lenovo can work with both T400 and T410 natively. But if you just want a empty bay then this is a cheaper alternative then the official travel cover.

    Thanks guys,
@Roger: 'm trying to find the Dutch equivalent of the link
@Hearst555: seems I should consider the caddy drive, Thinkpad and everything related to thinkpad is hard to find in Europe! And when it's found is rather pricy!

I don't have my good camera with me :( but here's a picture of what it looks like without the hard drive inside the system. It should be very similar on T400/T410 systems.

ha, The picture is good enough though,
The empty travel cover seems to be lighter!
