I'm thinking about upgrading my E545's stock 5400rpm HDD to a SSD so Win 7 boots up faster and gives the whole system a snappier feel. Does anyone know if the E545 can handle SATA III or it maxes out at SATA II?

I also want to keep the cost low by going for 64GB or 128GB storage size. Do you have any recommendation for the best bang for the $ SSD for my setup?

    Thanks!
