    E530 Battery always on 95%

    I'm just wondering if it's right for the battery to always show as 95% my e530 laptop is only 2 months old but noticed the battery always shows this level.

    it's fine as long as theres a reason and everyone elses is the same.

    My last, last, laptop was a thinkpad, it was an E420 if I remember right. Lenovo has a Battery Utility, and it seems like yours is set to default to only let the battery charge to 95%. They believe that that, will let the battery have a longer life span. Look into some of your battery setting and you will be able to adjust things as you like.

    i have only had my e530 for about a week and i have also noticed this.
