I got a killer deal on a E431 at an auction, it has no battery, hard drive, or charger. I'm not sure if it even works, was going to order a cheap ebay charger to test it, if it works, then buy a quality battery and 1tB drive and use it as a 2nd notebook to go along with my T420

Wasn't sure if it would run on just a charger for testing purposes so I wouldn't be investing more money into something that possibly doesn't even work.

It should work without a battery, but I'd rather buy an original Lenovo charger instead of one of these third-party chargers.
