    E420: Any compatible 14.1" IPS screens?

    I've had my E420 for over a year now and I really like it. The only thing that's been an issue has been the sub par screen. I've tried tons of different color calibration profiles, adjusted the color settings, but all that configuration still can't compensate for the screen quality. Having said that, has anyone tried replacing their screens with a third party IPS? Are there any compatible (reasonably priced) 14.1" IPS screens out there?
