This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    s-video port? that is an odd combo, haven't tried it personally, but from memory i think you can do that.

    The S-video image quality is pretty bad though, don't expect it to give you any readable text prints for documents. You can use it for video watching.

    I've always used it for either LCD screens or projectors, so not sure if I can do that AND plug in another monitor into VGA. Oh wel,, Guess I have to try by myself =D

    i would have tried this for you if i could find the s-video cable in the garage, but i seem to have misplaced it or thrown it away. Sorry if i couldn't be any help to you regarding this question/problem.
