    Hi everyone,

I'm thinking about ordering the T400 with Vista Business 64 along with the option of the "Microsoft Windows XP Professional US English RDVD". My question is if it is possible to dual boot Vista with XP using the recovery discs? Thanks to all in advance!

i think the RDVD wipes vista and the entire drive..check website
they suggest to make recovery disks (for VISTA)

so i think you can only have one OS
besides, the recovery disks leave no un-partitioned space so that you could install your own retail OS

It depends, I was able to achieve this when I had an Acer Notebook. The recovery disc just restored the OS on the C: Partition and left the others alone.

But on my HP Desktop it wipes the whole entire drive.
