Im having driver problems with my ibm t20. I formatted and installed XP home and installed all the drivers available for this laptop on ibm's site. I cant seem to find the driver for the ethernet controller. Ive tried all the drivers on IBM site for networking and ive tried searching for it on google. Can anyone help me out? Im pretty sure ive tried everything to my knowledge.
Thanks

What happens when you install the driver from Lenovo's site?

well iit says there is a problem with the driver and the device will not work properly. I have tried all the drivers that have to do with networking but it doesnt seem to solve the problem of the ethernet controller.

Are you using setup.exe or going into device manager to update the driver then finding the .inf file? Do you know what card it is? Perhaps you could download the driver from the card maker. Try the parts look-up here:

i have been using setup.exe as i always have been. thx for the link ive been looking for something like that. Everytime i try to look for what type ethernet controller my T20 has it gives me 3 different companys(ie. 3com) but i dont know which is the right one so this will shurly help.
