    i have a new x220i with a SS drive and i want to add a hard drive. suggestions? thanks.

    Per the forum rules, no bumps for 24 hours.

    The only way to have two drives in the X220 is one of them has to be a mSATA drive plugged into the miniPCI slot and the other drive in the main bay.

    sorry for the error. excited to set-up my laptop and not thinking.

    i am not very knowledgable about computers. will a drive added to the mini PCI slot be internal in nature? any advice here much appreciated.
